Chef Dolores selected the Tour Eiffel Caramel Color Glazed Pork Pate with Black Peppercorn for our happy hour at home. All you need is some toasted baguettes or crackers and a nice glass of wine. Hi Roy... I've not seen this kind of pate here in Charlotte stores. I love pate. Always used to bring some home from Paris but then they really tightened up what kind of pate could be brought in through immigration.
