It’s the most wonderful time of the year . . . yes, the Christmas season is with us once again. As a child I always focused on what presents Santa would bring me. As an adult, I focus less on that. But I did stop and think of a recent present I received.
The gift I received last year is in reconnecting with all those in the Active Rain community. Members who not only commented on my posts, but picked up the phone to call me. Members who reached out to help me get more from the AR community. I even returned that favor. I helped a member rack up some points fast last year. She is now the top point earner from anyone who signed up in 2020.
I have received the gift of two in person visits from Brian England. I have been fortunate enough to present topics 5 different times on our Tuesday afternoon calls.
I have learned so much about not just real estate, but wonderful communities from reading blog posts from great AR members.
Yes, there are minor drawbacks (witness the no show from last Tuesday’s call), but the community is so much stronger and so much more valuable. Thank you for the gift that you are to me.
