WHAT WOULD THE CHRISTMAS SEASON BE WITHOUT MUSIC?
DO YOU HAVE A FAVORITE CHRISTMAS SONG?
“Let us have music for Christmas…
Sound the trumpet of joy and rebirth;
Let each of us try, with a song in our hearts,
To bring peace to men on earth.”
... Mildred L. Jarrell
What would the Christmas holiday season be without music? Christmas music is a big part of the holidays and it's the only holiday with such a wide range of music so integral to its celebration. I look forward to the music very year and during the month of December my car radio is always set to the station(s) that play "all Christmas music all the time."
I'm certain we all have our favorite Christmas songs. My personal preference remains for traditional songs like Silent Night, O' Holy Night, Joy To The World, Hark The Herald Angels Sing, etc. I suspect I'm a bit "old fashioned" in my Christmas music preferences.
My favorite Christmas song is O' Holy Night.
