Here is one to make a person sit up and say bad things.  Turns out a veteran agent for a C-21 office in Everett, Washington was using her MLS key to gain access to homes and steal jewelry that her husband would then pawn.

Investigators believe the woman entered homes in Everett, Mukilteo and unincorporated Snohomish County.

Investigators say there are only three victims, so far, but they believe there are many, many others who are or were selling their homes... Have jewelry missing and have no idea it was stolen

This is pretty low.  Guess her business was really hurting to pull a stunt like this.  Defintely gives real estate agent's credibility a black eye.  The worst part is there are probably a ton of people out there missing things and won't realize it for a long time and never will have an answer for what happened.  Definitely is a good reminder for sellers to put their valuables away BEFORE they put their homes on the market!

That is very low. I can't imagine something like this. I guess ethics mean nothing to some people. I protect my clients no matter what. These kind of people need to be behind bars and never allowed to have a license again.

Well we laugh when we walk into Dallas luxury homes see all kinds of valuables laying out apparently the listing agent did not instruct the property owner hide all or place in bank vault.  HOWEVER with security cameras be careful. good luck with all you do.

Hi Chris,  Seems like the agents' key would also be her undoing in that they can record who, what, where and when.

I was wondering if they could access her key information and back track through all the listings she has visited.  I am sure more information will pop up after they formally charge her.

Howdy Chris

I know the market is slow right now, but why would they even think they'ed get away with it.

Have they been formally charged ?

God Bless The U.S.A.
