Westfield Christmas Tree Pick-Up 2021

Christmas Eve takes place exactly one week from tonight. Meanwhile, the holiday spirit fills the air. For instance, Scotch Plains put their tree on display in Alan Augustine Village Green. Westfield and Fanwood's official trees are set up at their respective North Ave train stations. And you absolutely must see the Fanwood Christmas House. But after the celebration dies down and your guests go home, you are left with the clean-up. That includes your Christmas tree. Unfortunately, these trees cannot be disposed of with your weekly trash collection. What do you do? Contact our local high school band and schedule a Westfield Christmas tree pick-up after the holidays.

December 31st is the deadline to register your Westfield Christmas tree pick-up by our local high school band. Just $20 per tree.

What: Christmas Tree Pick-up in Westfield
Where: Curbside Outside Your Home
When: Saturday, January 9th
Cost: $20 per tree
Deadline to Register: December 31st
Contact: Westfield High School Band via email

Westfield Christmas Tree Pick-Up 2021

Click here for an instant "No Strings Attached" valuation of your home.In an effort to raise money for their activities throughout the year, the Westfield High School Band picks up Christmas trees after the holidays and disposes of them for local residents. All trees end up at the conservation center for recycling. Regrettably, due to COVID-19 restrictions, no "day of" payment collection is allowed. Payment must be made ahead of time. Since the high school limits their total tree pick-up to 400, you need to make your reservation as soon as possible.

How to Register for Pick-Up

First, fill out the band's tree pick-up form here. Then, mail your payment to:

Westfield High School Band & Choir
ATTN: Chris Vitale
550 Dorian Rd
Westfield, NJ 07090

They only accept payments via check (preferable) or cash. Make your check payable to "WHS Music". After that, simply take down your tree after the holidays. Next, strip it of all lights, decorations (including tinsel) as well as the stand. Finally, leave your tree out at the curb by 8 am on January 9th. Let Westfield High School's band take care of the rest.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!

A lot of charities will be looking to collect the trees all over just to generate some additional revenue.  Merry Christmas
