Guess who got a new picture?

Yeah! Finally I have a new picture.

Now I am going to use this picture for now. I might end up taking another picture and put it in my profile. My last picture it didn't show me smiling. And I am a happy and fun-loving guy. But from my last picture,you couldn't tell. This picture is not great. But I think it is better than the last one I had here on Active Rain. But any advice on what kind of picture I should take on my profile? Me holding a baby? Me kissing a baby? Me holding a puppy? Me kissing a puppy? Me kissing Sanaa Lathan/Eve Mendes/Alicia Keys and/or Beyonce? Talk about having a fivesome. Is that even possible? ( Sorry readers. Please don't get the wrong idea. )

Or should I include a picture of my family? I am trying to do anything to help drive traffic to my blogs. So if you have any advice on what kind of picture I should put on here,I would really appreciate it.

You need a picture of you looking very confident. Go to a professional and have a sitting portrait done. That is the best, they know how to pose you and some are very inexpensive. The picture will last you for years.

Ray- I took a professional picture. But I want to have a picture saying that I am a people's people. Not something too serious. But I am going to have another picture taken soon. Thanks for your comments. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Lanre, nice pic! but who's that guy over your right shoulder eyeing you? better watch your back ;-)Please don't take any pics of you doing anything with a dog. I've seen one guy here who did that, I'm surprised they haven't arrested him for beastiality :-)

Lanre ~ I'm on the fence about what type of picture a person should have (posed vs. one like you have - out in public). The picture, whatever the setting, should reflect one's personality (i.e. if you're not a dog lover, then don't pose with a dog, LOL).

i like the idea of you in a pic smiling but now so sure about this one...it is hard to see you.

Lanre, I love this picture myself! I love your smile and you seem "touchable"...maybe just a little more "close up"? Not much, just a tiny bit. Looks GREAT I think. As for loading pictures of your family, I would most certainly do that as part of your profile. You bet!

Our Makeover2takeover challenge this week was to "post a localism article, AND update our profile". Loved it! Mine was in need of a serious makeover. I threw a casual picture up also. I just like those better all of a sudden! Love your new look!

Darleen- I am glad that you commented on this one Darleen. You definitely have one of the best smiles here on AR. I got a posed picture that I found today so I am going to be using that one. Maybe I should use this one on my Myspace page?LOL. Thanks for your comments Darleen.

Elizabeth- You got a new picture too-I like it. My brother just got his Masters two weeks ago. I took pictures with me,him and my mom. So I was thinking of putting that one. But I got a new picture that I am going to use.

Lanre - A reminder that I too need to change my picture but I hate having my picture taken.

This picture is nice however you need to have a closer shot so your face is more visible.

Love the photo idea. You out and about. A man about town. A little bit closer so people can see your features more and cut out the other person.
