On December 10, 2021, Realtor.com reported that in Montrose, California median list price was $1,049,925 in November of 2021 from $1,247,000 in October of 2021, but jumped 22.0% from $814,000 in November of 2020. While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $1,000,000 in November of 2021, rose 32.0% from November of 2020 in Montrose, California.

Houses stayed 57.00 days in the market in November of 2021 lower from 55.00 days in October of 2021, and declined from 63.00 days in November of 2020 in Montrose, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $549.00 in November of 2021 unchanged from $549.00 in October of 2021, and gained 2.0% from $536.00 in November of 2020 in Montrose, California.
