Living is the Eagle Ridge Golf Community is like living in a resort. The golf course a central part of this wonderful community, even if one is not a golfer. Most residents do not golf, but enjoy the open space the golf course provides, and the quiet meandering streets which cross over many creeks.
The community boasts a community pool, tennis courts, a kiddie park and basketball court. There are many distinct neighborhoods located within the community as well. Homes vary as to size and location and price. Those along the golf course fairways tend to command a higher price, with some less expensive homes found in the"Courtyards".
Homes range in size from 2222 square feet to over 4500 square feet. There are some custom homes that have been built, and since the first residents moved in in 1999, Eagle Ridge is largely now built out with only a few homesites remaining.
