YouTube Thursday on ActiveRain, this week's channel installment dives into creating worthwhile video content. youtube thursday videos

Off camera, real estate professionals in their jobs provide worthwhile content all day long.

Into the evening hours, it's our job to help out, to guide and save time for real estate buyers and sellers. Videos introduce the online viewer listening in to your unique local area channel what's it like where you list and sell real estate.

So real estate video channel worthwhile content.

It all starts with one question needing to be asked BEFORE firing up your video camera. Who is going to benefit from this video? Don't think about trying to attract hundreds of thousands of YouTube channel viewers and subscribers. Forget trying to impress or be very clever.

Just think of one person from a niche you serve out in the audience and strike up a conversation.

dog listening intently Talk conversationally don't read to them and remember, they are busy. Just like you are too in the list, sell, repeat.

Is what you are sharing worthwhile and would YOU hang around until the end of the video?

Would you want to toggle more videos like this one?

Creating worthwhile content involves a storyboard.

Either physically you sketch out the scenes in your video or mentally assemble the components. It gets way way easier, quicker to produce real estate videos the more you produce, edit, upload them to your channel.

The questions a real estate agent or broker gets asked daily.

Mine those gems. Those are the best topics to weave into video productions. You deal with the listing and selling real estate process on a daily basis. Over the years you learn much that is valuable to share with your video audience.

Start populating your video channel with these original productions and arrange them into playlists.

Playlists save everyone time and like your website that has types of listings, blog posts, your videos and other worthwhile information. Arrange your real estate videos like a vending machine. Loaded with a silo of fresh pertinent visual / audio information. cats watching outdoors

Worthwhile content for your video channel.

If you just hurriedly turn on the blinking red record light and start babbling, those productions won't get traction.

Those videos are not worth sitting through hoping to learn something that's useful. YouTube real estate channel visitors won't return if you waste their time. Would you? Treat them like they are you. Trade places and that's how your video channel will gain value.

Worthwhile video content, what would you need if you were out in the audience?

Make those kind of videos that educate. Who better than you the local insider who lives where the real estate listings pop up on the market to produce one after another video?

Not just property listing videos, but what's it like where you live today?

The community flavor videos are just as important as the what's for sale. For an out of state or country real estate buyer, the local scene is huge. Especially in small rural markets where when you google for this kind of community information, not much comes up in local searches. local community videos

Video the events that happen around the four seasons where you live and give those productions a playlist.

"How to" videos always have an audience too.

Here's a list of local banks, attorneys, who to call, whatever is local is the quickest route to a real estate closing.

Where to stay, what places are there to eat, what do you do for fun in your home town?

It is not just real estate property listing videos that should populate your YouTube channel. Feed your viewer what they want served up and like three meals a day, your channel needs lots of fresh worthwhile content populating it. Give them lots of choices to dine on and want to come back for more.

Weave in the local community flavor in your video channel.

YouTube Thursday, worthwhile content is the beginning and end all of your video channel. Video for real estate. Stay tuned for future installments of YouTube Thursday to cover what equipment to buy, video camera settings, purple bars, analytics, editing, thumbnails and lots more.
