Last week I had the pleasure of speaking with Steve Banis who has been active as an Active Rain member since 2008. Steve works with home flippers and cash offer homes.
Steve and I had a very nice conversation. He graduated from college in 1968 and was drafted and went to Vietnam. Afterward Steve worked in sales and knows the Westchester NY area where I live very well.
Steve is an also active in veterans groups. In the picture above Steve stopped by his old basic training company in Jackson SC and had his picture taking with these two training sergeants.
In the pictures below Steve shares some of his hobbies which, as you can see, gives him plenty of eggs.
Steve's real estate business, a veteran-owned company is operated by Steve and his team. Steve is an experienced real estate investor who is focused on helping his clients to find the solution that best suits their needs. He has served owners in Charleston, SC, and neighboring areas for many years.
He provides solutions in helping people with difficulty out of their houses. Some examples include helping homeowners who are experiencing financial difficulties and need some help to avoid foreclosure or are moving to a different city and need to sell before moving. Every situation is different, and Steve evaluates in client situation and then makes an appraisal on their home. Many homes are not in ideal condition and, in many cases, time in getting a sale is very important. Many people need to get out from under the property that is causing hardship.
With regard to Active Rain, Steve has been blogging for a long time but wants to up his game. I told him to join us in the Tuesday Zoom group which he did today. He could use some blogging help from other members too. I have a couple of referrals for him. Please stop by Steve's blog and give him some encouragement.
This is an entry to Kathleen Daniels holiday challenge Bell Ringing.
