2 Comments on Welcome to Beacon Flats! Affordable Seattle condominiums on Beacon Hill
These places rock - the units are small but have very cool finishes and a nice layout. I was surprised to see something so close to downtown Seattle that is still affordable. I would definitely recommend checking Beacon Flats out if your looking for something affordable in the city. Its seems the only affordable options are not rennovated that I have been looking at.
I saw them this weekend. They have some killer views of the Cascades from the E. Facing units. Do you think Beacon Flats will pan out as a good investment when the Light Rail comes in. Its only 4 blocks away.
I see that the listing agent is Rian Cool, who is also listing the MODE condos on Capitol Hill. I wonder if its the same development team. The interior finishes look very similar, and they're both very aggressively priced.
