Skinny houses in Suffolk?  How about a 15 foot wide house that is 55 feet deep.  That is what happens when you build homes in older areas and have to abide by code that says you need a ten foot buffer around the property.  I guess you have to build homes somewhere and add to the real estate tax base but these homes are just ugly.  Chesapeake has basically stopped the practice and Suffolk is looking into it.
