Rock Chalk Jayhawk!!!!

I have to tell you, I have Kansas winning it all. I don't know what has possessed me but that's what I see happening. Not since the days of Danny Manning have I liked the Jayhawk's chances this much. (and I wouldn't have liked their chances then had it not been for watching them in person as a 5th or 6th grader come back from down 15 at halftime against the Huskies at Hec Ed.)

And btw, enticing us with your crab feast hardly seems fair this time of year!!!!!

To heck with the market report I'm more interested in the Crab Boil!  I'm not really a Texas fan, but heh they are a home team so I'm going for them as far as they can go.

I don't know who's getting 'buttered' up here....the crab or me!  Bob, displaying mounds of fresh cracked crab is one of my better marketing ploys. I have Buyers literally 'eating' out of my hands!.... Danny, actually, I think I have Texas going as far as the Final Four. As much as I like Roy and the boys, I am picking Durant and the Longhorns.

I have Texas into my final four as well. It's the Carmelo Anthony factor. Kevin Durant is unbelievable!!!! If Rick Barnes would actually find a way to draw some plays up for him, he would average 50.

I just hope Barnes figures out how to get him the ball

That is the best marketing ploy I have seen yet. If you were giving away crab every time someone bought a home, you would be my agent for sure!!!

I don't know what that bird stands for but the crab looks delicious!

Rich I think it looks like our Buzzard Day bird LOL    And there you go again with the mouth watering shellfish!  98 percent is wonderful; ours is only 97.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. We need a picture of you with a fork in your hand. Maybe you missed your real calling. You should review restaurants!

Gosh! I guess I should feel honored! I mean, how many people get this many comments on their market report??? Must be a slow day on the dashboard?

Ines - It's called a 'Jayhawk' as in Kansas University Jayhawk, as in Big 12 Champion Jayhawk, as in soon to be 2007 NCAA Tournament Champion Jayhawk!!!

Rich, your killing me with that picture of those crabs!!! I am down here in SoCal where and I would kill for fresh Dungeness. :) :) I just remembered that I am visiting Seattle tomorrow!! Yay.  First thing I'll get some fresh crab, then I'll head to Pagliacci's pizza, and maybe finish up with a fresh strawberry/banana shake from Kidd Valley.

Ines - do I sense some measure of basketball envy? Oh, I'm sorry. I forgot. They're aren't predicting any Hurricane activity during the NCAA Tournament!

Rich - I just do that to gung-ho fans, that's all - it's fun to get your motors running!

Once I got past the crab I realized that this is a nice template for a quick snapshot of a market update!

03/14/2007 10:01 PM by Linda Davis (RE/MAX Realty Group)

How did you get past the crab?  How did a market update make me so hungry??????  Inquiring minds want to know!!!

03/15/2007 07:21 PM by Chris Tesch College Station, Texas Real Estate (RE/MAX Bryan College Station)

I think this may be the record for the most comments on a market report!

Great market report Rich!  I love the way you layed it out.  I know you've commented on ours but yours is great!  Can we borrow your idea?  Ofcourse, minus the crabs - although they look really good.  Thanks for sharing this with us!
