Please allow me to introduce myself. I am a Loan Officer in North Dallas who takes a different approach to serving real estate professionals. I joined active rain after I was referred by a local real estate agent. I know you have already heard this before -- "I am different". It is my goal within my blogs to prove this statement to be true.
For one thing, I never approach a real estate agent about my mortgage programs, my rates, or my mortgage services. Not that I do not have a great array of programs, competitive rates, and deliver excellent service (with references). It is just that real estate agents like yourself sell homes and not mortgages. I have dedicated myself to bringing more value to the equation in this regard. It is my goal to help my real estate partners sell more homes.
There are several ways that I partner with my real estate agents -- from lead generation activities to joint seminars. I also help by delivering educational materials, open house flyers, and training sessions on real estate finance topics. It is my belief that you must demand more than service from your mortgage provider -- great service and products should be a given.
You should demand that your lender becomes a partner in your success. After all, the more successful you become, the more successful they become. In this regard, I'll be sending blogs that are designed to help any sales professional increase their skills.
