Ringing & Singing in the Rain - A Call with Nick Vandekar, 610-203-4543
So, we didn't call it 'ringing & singing' this year but, I've always loved the ringing & singing challenge each January! A huge thank you to Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist for her inspiration in this month's challenge. How fun is it to phone someone that you've gotten to know here in the Rain and spend time talking to them like they were old friends from years ago?!
This call was no different and let me tell you, as always, Nick answers his phone! You know, there has been a lot of discussion about that lately and we shared the fact that other agents thank us both for actually answering our phones! We both always wondered how THAT can be something that sets us apart from other agents!
Nick & I caught up as he was visiting family in Florida - in 80º weather, I might add! We enjoyed comparing markets, family dynamics and Nick’s side-hustle, antiquing. He definitely has a full plate and is enjoying life tremendously.
Nick is soft-spoken and is as genuine as they come! I have met Nick in person several times in the past but, haven’t spoken with him in a very long time. Like others, I’ve missed Nick’s fun posts and his voice in the Rain. With a busy life (above) and traveling extensively with his girlfriend, Nick is struggling to find time to post in the Rain. He’s reading posts but, focusing on a very busy real estate career, an amazing girlfriend and traveling. Hopefully one day, we’ll see Nick back, sharing his wisdom and wit with us!
