One of our newest condo projects in College Station is almost sold out in Phase One currently.  Phase two should be ready for fall of 2009 and will signal the completion of this 98 unit complex complete with clubhouse and pool.

The builder is the same developer that built Waterwood Townhomes, one of my favorite resale condo areas.  We've seen great appreciation there, and expect to see great appreciation with this new condo project.
