Rolling Hills community is planned to start building homes here in the next few weeks. They have plans to build around 761 single family homes which covers 562 acres. The homes will start from the mid $200s to over $400,000. The developer will be East west partners which has already developed Eagle Harbor and Eagle Landing in Clay County. They already have Ryland homes, Kingsouth Homes, and Cornerstone Homes planning to build with maybe a few other to build also.
They will have over a 5 million amenity center including pools, garden golf, 6 tennis courts, Amphitheater, outdoor party pavillion, neighborhood parks. There is also a 2+ acre dog park in the plans for all the animal lovers. If that is not enough there is 85 acre Ronnie Van Zant Park just down the street. It has baseball fields, basketball courts, soccer fields, playgrounds, hiking trails, picnic areas, and fishing pond for small children.
