The Author Kiana Danial
If you haven't come across Kiana yet, she is a female investor and trader. She was born in 1984 in Iran and started her professional life training to be an electrical engineer. Needless to say, she switched to finance and hasn't looked back.
Kiana started manually trading Forex (e.g. going to one of those currency exchange booths!) and eventually ended up as a Forex broker on Wall Street.
I think she was fired for being TOO honest - not something Wall Street brokers like if it doesn't help the business.

These days, Kiana has an estimated net worth of over $10MM all from entrepreneurship and investing. But, she started her career with a meager $500!
It's not clear exactly how she achieved this huge growth, but I think it was via cryptocurrency.

3. Cryptocurrency Investing For Dummies Book (FREE + Shipping). This book is useful if you don't know anything about crypto. I know a bit but I bought the book and learned a fair bit more about blockchain's etc.
Ichimoku Secrets: The Ichimoku Strategy
Kiana uses Ichimoku strategy in her trading. You can read more details about this complex sounding strategy here.
Kiana teaches the basic Ichimoku strategy on the book, However, she also teaches how SHE trades it by combining other technical indicators like Fibonacci.
This is what gives the book value in my opinion. Learning from someone that has come up with a strategy that is fairly unique and profitable is what I look for in a course or book.
What is Ichimoku?
"The Ichimoku Cloud is a collection of technical indicators that show support and resistance levels, as well as momentum and trend direction.
It does this by taking multiple averages and plotting them on a chart. ... The Ichimoku Cloud was developed by Goichi Hosoda, a Japanese journalist, and published in the late 1960s"
So, what does Kiana offer that is not easily found elsewhere?
Real life experience. Not theory but actual tested strategies using Ichimoku.
Here are a few things that I found helpful in the book.
1. Kiana focuses on how she adapts Ichimoku technical line so that it has the highest chance of success on various different time frames. This came from testing.
2. Adaptation of her strategy for different risk tolerance levels. She wants to help people that have different goals and risk tolerance levels. This comes down to different degrees of 'confirmation' signals that dictate what entry and exit you take.
3. She is very precise. She has whole chapters dedicated to individual components of her strategy. For example, there is a chapter JUST on entries and another JUST on exits.
4. Kiana is very aware that market conditions can effect things. She details strategies for both bear and bull markets.
5. Kiana outlines her strategy of combing Fibonacci with Ichimoku. This is really the main meat of the book (for me). She does a good job explaining it.
Conclusions: Kiana Danial Ichimoku Secrets Review
Kiana outlines Ichimoku strategy very clearly. She adds in her own experience.
At the end of the book she gives dozens and dozens of real-life example trades that she executed.
If you are an investor you will probably gain the most from this book. Her strategies work on any time frame but Kiana seems to be a buy and hold type.
I enjoyed the book. It simplifies a complex strategy.
