You can't grow and be comfortable at the same time, if you're shying away from something you should do because it makes you uncomfortable, accept the discomfort and take action anyway. Try to do one thing each day outside your comfort zone.
A long to do list can be overwhelming. Focus on completing one task at a time-beginning with the most important ones.
