If you don’t know a few hundred people who know you, you may be spending hundreds of dollars in marketing that won’t pay off too quickly. There is one other way, that may work, if you don’t have over 500 people who know you, trust you, and like you. Select an area you like and begin to put your name in front of those people every three to four weeks until they do know you.
Things are different now than they were 35 years ago, but if someone knocked on your door, a time or two and sent you something in the mail and this went on every three to four weeks for a few months, how would you begin to feel about that person?
When you are not devoting time to these ideas every week, go find three other ideas to work on marketing yourself.
Finally, avoid anyone who says you cannot see results, whether they are a friend, relative, or real estate, agent. Anything is possible! I know!
