Special offer

Why is it so difficult to submit a offer.

Real Estate Agent with The Monaghan Group DRE #BR526609000

I have a question, I sell REO listings in the Phoenix area, i explain on the listings what the seller requires and go over it with the agents on the phone. why dont they listen, I dont ask for it to hear myself talk but to let them know what is needed to make their offer go smoothly.

Its not difficult.

Pre approval letter fully filled out and signed by the buyer and the lender

Copy of the earnest money check made out to the title company

As is addendum (our board has a standard one)

Proof of any funds in the deal

fully filled out contract.

Submit all things go easy dont and things are held up.

hmm. I submit all agenda documents, pre-aproval letter and check. That's it.

Documents must include legal discription from  a title company. I am not sure why you need both: pre-aproval letter and a letter from the bank?
