Have you presented any "buyer offers" from a buyer to a FSBO.  How did it work out, ...did the deal fly?  What is your experience like handling these deals...do you do a lot of them?  Basically did you do "double the work" to get it done?  Have not ran into any deals like that yet but who knows if and when it will come up.  Also what is some websites that a Realtor can preview FSBO properties so their buyers can look at them if that's what they truly want? (Some Suggestion Websites Would Be Awesome ) Obviously try to sell them something  they want so if you know any good website links just let me know and I will add them to my business reference binder.
