We all know that sex seems to be used to sell everything. I've seen several posts on Active Rain this last week about being "sexy" in Real Estate and of course my favorite was the post with the Hottie that came with the house (even if one contributer deemed her demonic looking").

But what about those of us that aren't so hot (anymore). Now when I walk past a mirror I wonder "How did that happen?". Every day I declare I'm going to get that American Gladiator body back (yea that will happen right after my hair grows back).

On to laughter! I've found that just like studly beauty, humor needs exercising as well. Old jokes get tired, cynicism and sarcasm turns you bitter, racy jokes have no place in this business, so again just like building the body you need to work on your humor as well.

Last night over dinner with several friends we got on the topic of favorite movie lines. With the exception of "I know what your think-in punk, did I fire 5 shots or did I fire 6? Well are you feeling lucky today punk?" all the favorite movie lines that were mentioned came from comedies. The bulk of those came from Mel Brooks movies or movies staring Leslie Nielsen. My favorite lines "Nice Beaver" (spoken by Leslie Nielson to Priscella Presley in the Naked Gun series as she stood on a ladder above him and handed him a stuffed beaver and of course "Nice Knockers" spoken by Gene Wilder as Young Frankenstein while Teri Garr's breast was in his face although he was looking at and talking about the knockers on the castle door. Garr's response, "Thank you Dr."

I've decided I need to watch more comedies. Please add your favorite movie lines to this post and your recommendations for a good belly laugh.
