Mortgage rates rose to near 4.5% and no looking back. Buyers know they can get more home for their money the lower the interest rate. As rates rise, their buying power declines. Home Owners are still asking if they should sell this winter or wait until spring. The answer for Home Owners is simple, if they are ready to sell, NOW is the time. The market is changing.
