Charlotte
NC--5 Fabulous Things to Do!
Charlotte,
known as "The Gateway to the South," has more to do that even the
native Charlotteans can get to--and there aren't many of those (native
Charlotteans) around! The Queen City has become
a world-class city right before our very eyes--and there ARE many of
those around!
With
the city being the nation's second largest banking center, not only is
the face of Charlotte ever-changing but, the faces IN the city are as
well! So, with the diverse cultural attractions,
family attractions, nightlife and professional sports (which are just
the tip of the iceberg), there is NEVER a dull moment in this fabulous
city. As a matter of fact, there is something for everyone here!
Here are but, a few of the things that Charlotte has to
offer both residents and visitors to our wonderful city; Charlotte
NC--5 fabulous things to do:
1. Visit the Billy Graham Library.
It is innovative and family friendly and allows its visitors
to experience state-of-the-art exhibits, multimedia displays and
wonderful films, all designed to appeal to those of all ages and
denominations. The complex includes the Graham family home
place, a bookstore and dairy bar.
Admission is
free and the library is open Monday through Saturday 9:30 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m.
2.
Check out CPCC's Summer Theatre
and enjoy Smokey Joe's
Cafe. You'll feel like dancin' in the
aisle with tunes like "Fools Fall in Love," "On Broadway," "Yakety,
Yak," "Hound Dog" and "Jailhouse Rock!" Be prepared to be
electrified with songs bringing back the 50's!

instructors. Charlotte NC is all about golfing and why not
perfect your swing and take on your business partners and friends on
one of our many challenging courses in the area!

your own pumpkin! This is like no other experience and is
unique in NC. Be sure to bring your camera and visit the
petting areas, blacksmith shop, gift store and horse barn.
This is also a great place for a picnic!
