Friday Photo: Staying Cozy, Warm and Smiling!

We spotted this gull sunning herself/himself in the sand.  The gull looked cozy and warm, and was content to stay there.  When we returned from our long walk, it had flown away!

 

The beach was full of locals.  You know that, when everyone says hi, or has a big smile on their faces when they see you.  After all,  there is so much to smile about!

Happy Friday to you and Ron, Alexandra. I wouldn't mind sitting in the sand and sun myself right now... soooo cold in Charlotte and we are expecting our third snowfall in this weekend... third consecutive weekend. We haven't see this much snow since around 2000, I think.

Alexandra starting later today we're going to be getting heavy snowfall with blizzard conditions so we will be staying cozy, warm and smiling but not on the beach!
