San Bernardino County, California Homes Sales & Values Report December 2021

On January 18, 2022, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values rose 4.5% to the price of $460,000 in December of 2021 from price of $440,000 in November of 2021, and jumped 21.5% from price of $378,500 in December of 2020 in California. While, homes sales gained 1.0% in December of 2021 from November of 2021, but fell 6.4% from in in December of 2010 in San Bernardino County, California.

There were 1.4 months supplies of available inventory of homes in December of 2021, lower from 2.0 months in November of 2021, but unchanged from 1.4 months in December of 2020 in San Bernardino County, California.

An average it took 15.0 days to sell a home in December 2021, up from 13.0 days in November of 2021, and higher from 11.0 days in December of 2020 in San Bernardino County, California.
