Sometimes I wonder if the public sees our posts here in the Rain, as it has been a while since I was contacted by a buyer or seller through a post I wrote.

This past week, someone DID read a post, just not sure of which one. I got an email from a homeowner that wanted more information. He said he was over 60 and had lived in his home for ten years, so was THINKING it must be for the senior exemption. I wrote him back, and said -- I THINK that is what you were asking?

So, even though I didn't help a buyer or seller, I hope to have helped that homeowner save some money each year on reduced property taxes.

Good morning, Joan... the last time I had a prospective buyer or seller call me as a result of a blog was not because of anything I post in the Rain... it was from a post I did on my website's blog page. No doubt our posts are being seen here, but I'm very conscious of how much less traffic we have on our posts in the Rain in the past couple of years compared with previous years.
