Reunion Resort is located less than 10 miles from all the Disneyworld theme parks in Orlando. This is a drive through video of Reunion along with information about Real Estate in the Resort.
Reunion is built on 2200 acres starting in th eearly 2000's. There are 3 championship golf courses. Each one is designed by a different legend of the game. Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson. The courses are for the most part not open to the public to play. However I have seen once in awhile a tee time show up on Golfnow.com .. To play golf there you have to be satying there on a golf vacation package, or live there and be a fully paid up golf member.
There are over 6000 dwellings on the property that are a mix of Single Family, townhomes and Condos. Many of the properties are being used as short term vacation rentals, especially the condos.
There is a 5 acre Water Park with slides and a lazt river. There are 10 other area community pools. 7 dining restaurants, mini golf.
Single family homes range in price from $500,000 up into the millions. Re sale condos range from the upper $200's to $500,000 generally depending on size and location. Monthly HOA dues range in the $400 to $500 range.
