WOW - what a great price for a winter home in Florida - much less so close to Clearwater Beach.

Cyndee, Largo, " tHe city of Progress" what a great name. That is a great idea for consumers to offer a guide to the area. I bet that is super helpful. I'm tempted to scoop up a deal for a beach home.
