Which CRM Is The ABSOLUTE Best One To Use?

 

 

In Atlanta, Buckhead, Midtown, Westside and all over Metro Atlanta and most probably in many other cities all across the USA, REALTORS and other professionals ponder that burning question.

Everyone wants to know which Client Relationship Manager
is the ABSOLUTE best to use.
Here's the DEFINITIVE ANSWER: the one you use consistently!

The beginning of every year gives us the chance to put our new plans to their paces. Whatever we decided to do at the end of the past year can happen now! Using a good Client Relationship Manager helps keep in touch with Clients all year long! FYI - We use Ixact Contact as our Client Relationship Manager (CRM).

Which is the best? The one you use consistently!

As you investigate the various possibilities, you will see that a variety of features appear in different CRMs. Are you most interested in analytics? Is a monthly Newsletter, one that you may personalize, important to you?  Do you need a Mail Merger program to send out hundreds of emails? Do you want Letter Templates for use when writing to the public. 

And Social Media... Do you want a CRM that helps with posting on Social Media? Do you want your post up on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter? Certain CRM's offer help with those online services.

Popular topic for sure Lynn. The difficult thing about using agents to compare is that I for one do not have the time to invest in loading all my customer data into the other CRMs and actually use them. I have been using Wise Agent for 10+ years. I like many features, but is it better than the others? I will never convert to another to compare....I dread even thinking about it? 😎

That was a worry for me also. When I went with IXACT Contact, they uploaded my data from a CSV file. That made it easy! Get in touch one day if I may tell you other wonderful things about IXACT Contact. Meanwhile, read some posts by  Rich Gaasenbeek who explains many, many details. Since IXACT Contact was developed specifically for Real Estate agents, lots of features are very pertinent! All the best - Lynn

I just checked. IXACT Contact still assists to get people started with uploading CSV data files and other support. They are great about support. In fact, I was so impressed with them, I became an Affiliate. I wanted to be able to really spread the word about this great system. They give anyone four week free trial but with my link - you should get six weeks - in case you want to try! 
Jeff - one more thing - I don't take any money from IXACT Contact. I couldn't get comfortable being "in love" with the CRM, posting about it and singing its praises over and over and then accepting money!  Wanted to keep my devotion separate from earnings! Whatever money there is goes directly to a Charity each December. Lynn

Yes - these AR survey responses give a wide range of options! When I first went with IXACT Contact, I had tried three others first - found out I didn't use them!  Glad I tried one more time!  In the end, I chose IXACT Contact for two reasons - because it is as simple as an old-fashioned 3x5 card system AND -- LOL -- not only a multi-week free test but also THEY uploaded my contacts for me.
