4 large ripe avocados 1 lg. tomato
1 med. yellow onion 1 lg. lemon
1 tsp. garlic 1 tsp. salt
4 jalapeno peppers
Smash avocados. Add onion (finely diced) very finely-diced jalapeno peppers, finely-diced tomato and lemon juice. Add 1 teaspoon garlic salt and salt to taste after all ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Serve as a dip.
