As We Welcome A New Month
Happy March. It seems just a few weeks ago we said hello to February and now it’s time to do it again with the arrival of another month.
Well, this month will last a bit longer than the previous one so that's one change that is immediately noticeable. And no foolin’ we can look forward to celebrating again perhaps much sooner than some of us might expect.
While I continue thinking of what’s immediately ahead, I am also happy to discuss Pie and Pi as pieces of the many puzzles remain acquaintances in the days that will soon be with us. I also wonder if I need be wary of the Ides of March that are approaching? Maybe I will have a Caesar salad instead. Adjusting our internal as well as external clocks will soon be on the agenda for many of us as we are do our own interpretation of a seasonal change (albeit a bit later and somewhat different than Punxsutawney Phil but likely much more reliable). And is it a coincidence that we are experiencing some Madness this month too? I mean a bit more than usual. On and off the court. Dare I say choose a side. But I digress. That's always a safe prediction. There's much happening. And that's always true, isn't it?
And then towards the end of this month I will celebrate an ActiveRain anniversary. This year, it marks twelve years since I first joined this community. In some ways, it seems like yesterday. But we understand that about time.
