How can you stay in business like this? About a month ago I wrote a post about this very subject it was Real Estate Related if you missed it I am enclosing a link to it. ( https://activerain.com/droplet/G7mt )
Same question, different subject. I have been ordering Kitty Litter via the Internet for the past two years. Thanks to the Pandemic we could not go into the stores. I discovered how convenient it was to order and have Fed/Ex deliver me the 35 lbs containers without me having to move them into my car and then from there to move them into our garage. Keep in mind if you ordered a certain amount the shipping was free.
There were times I received the containers with labels on them to our home. Then there were times they put them in card board box containers, that fit the size of the container.
Long and behold, I received these huge card board boxes where you could have put two or more boxes of Kitty Litter in them, but all they did was put one in them.
I spoke to the Fed/Ex delivery guy, he was scratching his head too and shared with me how much harder it is on him to deliver it in these over sized card board containers.
So back to my question how do you stay in business when you wrap the box into such oversized shipping containers, when a simple label would do???
Now with that said I am so puzzled at the thought process of these business decisions, let me know your thoughts....
