Timing is critical for success. Exercising patience and following your intuition on when to take action are critical for growth, in addition to staying prepared for opportunities so you can take advantage of them when they appear.

Be productive while you are waiting.  Waiting rooms, long lines, harsh commutes, and the treadmill are all opportunities to get stuff done.

Seek opportunities to speak to large and small audiences (both online and offline) about your favorite topic- real estate.  The more people you get in front of, the larger your pipeline will be.

Will all good advice, while you are waiting... I learned watching Pro Football and see what they can do in the last 2 minutes of the game... same with Basketball what they can do in the last 30 seconds.... this thought me not to stand around idly but do something every minute...Endre

I would say that is a very good tip Will Hamm . Acting promptly is not always the same as reacting immediately. A little thought before acting is prudent.
