The lowest price home sold in Ceres during February 2022 was $320,000.   

The highest price home sold in Ceres during February 2022 was $675,000

The number of total sales for February 2022 was lower than February 2021.  The median price was up considerably again this month.  The number of days on the market in February 2022 was pretty close to the number of days on the market in February 2022.

The average number of offers received per listing in February  2022 was slightly less than what seller's received in February 2021. That means there are still buyers out there that haven't been able to buy yet!  While the number of offers received by each listing was down homes are still selling for asking price for the most part.  So don't expect to to be able to offer less than asking price and don't expect prices to start dropping any time soon. Only one of the 15 homes sold in Ceres in February 2022 sold for less than the asking price.

There are currently only 8 homes listed (Active) for sale in Ceres Ca.  They range in prices from $399,000 for a 3/2 of 1271 square feet to $795,000 for a 1044  sq.ft home on 2.16 acres. With such a low inventory of homes available prices should remain stable for the foreseeable future. 

There are currently 22 homes under contract (Pending) in Ceres Ca.  This number has been going down too. It probably should continue to drop with such a small number of available homes listed.
