This closing was bittersweet as this wonderful family only stayed a year because of a job opportunity that they couldn’t refuse. I represented them in March of 2021 on the sale of this home and this family jumped in, made it their own and made instant friends with so many neighbors! In March 2022 their home sold for 20% more than their asking price and they were very happy!
