I don't know what it is about this one that really appealed to me. I know the original version by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, that I've always liked. I thought that it was so cool how they said: "givitaway, givitaway, givitaway now" so quickly it sounded like someone scatting.
And the group had a certain "charisma", let's call it.. a certain jenesequa that makes one feel sometimes like you don't have a father... sometimes I feel like my only friend is the city I live in...
ahem... but I digress. There's just something captivating about this big-band-60's-ish version by PMJ (Post Modern Jukebox) that I enjoyed. I hope you like it too.
They also did this one with a little more bass, that you might enjoy too.
