We have a tradition, one of our neighbors likes to take Diane & I out on New Years Day or so every year. This is her way of appreciating our friendship and my cooking. Needless to say this year was a bit different due to Pandemic shutdowns and Covid fears.
Next thing you know life takes over and we all lead busy lives.... she insisted on going out so with that said today was the day all three of us could make it work. I had a craving for weeks now of drinking a Bloody Mary and eating a Burger. I do not cook anything with beef or pork so when we go out Diane does not need to even look on what I will have. She knows depending if we buy or someone else buyer it is a Burger or a Steak....
This was the second time we had lunch at the Tin Roof Bistro in the past five years and it was not disappointing. The Menu has fun names for the meals. For example the Bloody Mary was called : OFF WITH HER HEAD:))
