In an effort to impress, many agents prefer to practice outside of the knowledge base. They may purport a higher level of expertise by verbally purging from the front facing, lower facial, concave orifice.
That should be avoided at all costs and can potentially end a career. Most consumers prefer a straightforward approach.
Paying attention to clients’ needs first and foremost, being forthright in all dealings, knowing the industry, means success will follow. Be a great agent while being a good person, the rewards are immeasurable!
