Brian I must live a sheltered life, because I don't know any of the 1 in 4 people who put away their stimulus money for a down payment to purchase a home.  I am a Loan Originator, and I have per-qualified a number of homebuyers during this time, non of them have told me they saved their stimulus money for a down payment.

Well, to be honest, George Souto I don't know of anyone that did that either, but it would have been a wise thing for them to do, right?  I guess some people were wise and did just that.

Hello Brian, I wonder if it did or not. I know low interest rates was a factor on getting buyers to look but with low inventory it was hard

With this sort of stuff Will Hamm I know a lot of people have good intentions to do so but whether or not they actually do it is another story, haha.

I think any time money is pumped into the economy (and this time it was multiple times)  it will boost some buyers.  So home buyers got a boost and a booster.

I agree Raymond Henson, eXp Realty and when buyers use the money for things such as a down payment, it is beneficial for all.
