New Orleans Warehouse District
March 15-May 17, 2017
Wednesday at the Square, sponsored by the Young Leadership Council of New Orleans, is a series of free outdoor concerts by well-known New Orleans and Louisiana artists that will liven up your spirits and maybe even get you into a dancing mood.
Lafayette Square is a Streetcar ride from most areas of town since it borders St. Charles Avenue. It is an easy walk from the French Quarter and all areas of the New Orleans Warehouse District. I always see past clients of mine coming to listen, drink and eat. Many are second homers who come to enjoy a variety of good times.
The concerts are free and you pay indirectly through buying food and drinks. The Concert is run by a non profit Young Leadership council. Almost all the concerts feature local bands and musicians. The local food vendors have their booths and have their favorite food and drinks.
Always fun to listen, walk, eat, drink, talk and enjoy the early evening music that starts about 5pm each week. You are bound to see someone you know each and every week.
