“More Sales for Realtors”
Hi Joe,
I was having a conversation with my manager this morning, one year review. He was asking me about a particular transaction that he thought could never has been financed. As you know, we have a loan officer that has a desk in our office and he had asked him about the deal and was told, it can’t be done. For sure I will never have him work with any of my clients.
In any case he was asking me how you were able to get the loan done and this guy couldn’t. I let him know, you are my go too mortgage guy.
So, my manager wanted to do if you could do a question and answer session with all of the agents in the office. Many of them work from their homes, so a zoom meeting would be best. My sense is you will get business out of it, so what do you think? Heidi
I wish I could say that we are able to close 100% of our mortgage applications, not the case, but our success rate is very high!
Year after year we are able to get mortgage closed that others loan officers couldn’t do. It becomes a mission that anyone that wants a mortgage can get one because we are going to work that much harder.
