No surprise to me and more than likely no surprise to you either but after listing that bank owned duplex it did not take more than a couple of days before we received multiple offers on it and the negotiations were intense but finally one and a half weeks later we had narrowed it down to one highest and best offer to move forward and put in escrow.
As previously promised I will be posting great information here on Active-Rain however as you can imagine I have been greatly Blessed with the listings this bank has been giving to me and really working hard to get them off their books in the fastest possible way.
For now I am just going to say, stick in there and have faith above the cloads and there is nothing that can hold you down from accomplishing any dreams you desire!
