The price of this home was reduced on June 16th by $101,000 to $899,000 (MLS #413357). The [winter] photos posted for the listing do the home no justice (sorry, but that's my opinion). This home is in Country Club Cove Estates in Maggie Valley, at 4200' on a level ridge lot, and guest quarters that sleep 16... or your spouse!
There are more spectacular luxury homes for sale hidden here in the mountains of Western North Carolina, and with the overabundance of inventory here and almost everywhere, price reductions and buying opportunites are ripe for the picking.
