I prefer FSBO sites, but not real estate agency. Agents take commissions and it is cheaper that money to sell your property at FSBO site. I saw many sites, but I think Fizber was the best. John, those are some points of view that are shared by most sellers who think they can't afford to use a Realtor. The truth is however, that you really can't afford to NOT use a Realtor. Especially a Realtor who will market and price your home correctly. Getting an offer accepted and opening escrow is certainly an important element of the sale, but the negotiation and legal ramifications of the contract and protecting both sides of the transaction are also value elements of using a Realtor.
