For agents that need a boost in the right direction or that simply have no idea how to be a successful Realtor, we have our EIT Program.  The Executive in Training (EIT) Program is set up in 12 different modules.  These cover the basics like how to fill out a Purchase Contract and post listings on the MLS System, to Marketing from the Basics to Advanced Marketing.  EITs will also have a personal coach to help them with anything that comes up.  This Coach does not split your deals, the Coach is simply there to be sure you are as sucessful as you want to be.
