Home ownership continues to be the primary resource for family wealth.

Brian, home values have skyrocketed the last two years, so this would apply to many homes out there

The appreciation in values has been off the charts across the country. Many sellers can enjoy a great deal of equity or for someone forced to sell there would be most likely no need to worry about satisfying the mortgages and costs associated with selling

When we add the high inflation rate, I am not so sure Brian 🙂

Brian - hopefully people in arrears will not have to resort to short sale of foreclosure.

Many sellers will do well regarding their loans and their equity if they sell, Brian.  But they also need to think about where they will go next! We can help!
