We are in for a high of 75 degree today. So a chance to work out site and keep out some gutters. So this is going in Crock pot for tonight.
16 ounces extra lean ground ground turkey or beef
1 cup diced onion
2 cups diced celery
2 cups diced carrots
3 cup diced raw potatoes
1 can Healthy Request Cream Mushroom Soup
1 can Healthy Tomato Soup
1/3 hot water
2 teaspoon dried parley flakes
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
In a large skillet with butter flavored cooking spray, brown meat. Spay a slow cooker container with butter flavored cooking spray. Place browned meat in slow cooker, add onion, celery carrots and potatoes. Mix well to combine, in a medium bowl, combine both soups, water, parsley flakes and black pepper. Spoon mixture evenly over the top. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook to low for 6 to 8 hours. Mix well before serving.
Serves 6 people.
