A recent report from Realtor.com says the week of April 10-16 is expected to have the ideal balance of housing market conditions nationally that will favor home sellers more than in any other week in 2022. According Realtor.com's research, if typical yearly trends hold true in 2022, the median listing price for homes during the second week of April could be $5,000 higher than the median listing price in an average week and $39,000 higher than in the start of the year.
